Proposed amendments to ICR Statutes will be considered at the Triennial Plenary Session to be held on 14 August 2013 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Recommended additions and revisions are in bold below: 

Article 7(A).  Add “(vi) Archivist” as an officer as recommended at the March 2013 board meeting in Mytilene, Greece.

Article 7(E).  Revise to read “A call for nominations for the board will be announced on the website six months prior to the triennial Plenary Session. Nominations for the board members and officers are made at the time of the plenary session either in writing or from the floor. The majority of the voting members of ICR present at the meeting is decisive for election.”

Article 14(D).  Revise to read “Adoption and amendment of the Statutes requires the approval of a majority of the voting members of ICR present at the meeting.”
