ICOM-ICR, in collaboration with ICOM ZAMBIA, INTERCOM, ICOM AFRICA, and NATHIST is organising its annual conference in Livingstone, Zambia, “Museum Leadership in the 21st Century: Regional Challenges and Global Impacts”, scheduled to take place from 1st to 5th November 2024 with a key focus on managing the museum through regional challenges and global impacts. With this conference, partners are focusing on the core topics like fundraising, museum management, digital transformation and strategic planning for the museum sector seen from a regional perspective.
